Plan My Event: real vendor matching for your next celebration

Plan My Event asks for a handful of details about what you're organizing — event type (wedding, birthday, corporate event, conference), date, city, guest count, style and budget — and turns that into a concrete plan built from real vendors already listed on Business Hub.

We want to be precise about what "AI-generated" means here, because it's easy to overclaim. There is no large language model behind this yet — no LLM provider is wired into ConnectaHub at all today. What actually runs is a fixed, documented set of rules: each event type maps onto specific vendor categories (a wedding needs decor & styling, photography and catering, for example), and for each required role the system picks the highest-rated eligible vendor in your city who fits your remaining budget and is free on your date. The plan you get back is honestly labelled as coming from that rule set, not from an AI model making judgement calls.

Once you have a plan, you can message any vendor directly, swap one out for another real listing, or re-check the whole plan against live pricing and availability before committing to anything — nothing stale gets carried silently into checkout. Checkout itself splits each vendor's cost into a 30% deposit and a 70% balance, so you're not asked to pay the full amount for a booking with your date still months away.
