1. What we collect
Account details, traveller profiles and documents you upload, booking history, payment references, messages exchanged with vendors and Concierge, and device and usage data.
2. How we use it
To plan and book the services you ask for, to process payments, to keep you and vendors safe, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
3. Location & tracking
Live tracking is session-scoped and opt-in. It applies to a specific ride or service, ends automatically when that service ends, and is visible only to contacts you nominate.
4. Sharing with vendors
We share only what a vendor needs to deliver your service — typically your name, the booking details and any special requests. Payment details are never shared with vendors.
5. Payments data
Card details are handled by our payment providers. ConnectaHub stores payment references and a ledger of transactions, not full card numbers.
6. Retention
We retain booking and payment records for as long as required by Nigerian tax and financial regulations, then delete or anonymise them.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data from Settings, or by contacting us. Some records must be retained for legal reasons.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the service and optional ones for analytics. Optional cookies are off until you accept them.
9. Children
ConnectaHub is not intended for under-18s. Managed traveller profiles for dependants are controlled by the adult account holder.
10. Contact
Data protection queries can be sent to privacy@connectahub.com and will be answered within statutory timeframes.
